Project Arts Centre is seeking to appoint two people to our Board of Directors to work alongside the leadership team to help shape the future of the organisation.
As we embark on a new strategic vision and begin to plan for the future of the organisation, Project is looking for 2 exceptional individuals to join our Board of Directors. Project is seeking applicants for the following two positions to be filled on our Board of Directors:
• Expertise in Planning/Architecture
• Expertise in National/International Cultural Policy and Strategy
Board Members of Project Arts Centre serve a 3-year term, renewable to a maximum of 8 years.
Project Arts Centre is a registered charity and this is a voluntary, unpaid position.
The Board of Directors meets officially five times per year plus the AGM. There are sub-committees, meetings of the Company’s Membership and Board members are expected to contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation and attend additional events where possible.
Applications in writing with comprehensive CV or biography (a statement outlining your roles, responsibilities and achievements in the organisations in which you currently and previously worked). Please include details of any service as a Board Director, Trustee or any other voluntary/community work.
